Due to the nature of handcrafted bath and body products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method with shipping covered by the consumer. ​

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return.
